My B&O passion
I discovered B&O in early 2000s when I bought my first pair of BeoLab 3000 wall speakers. Instantly, I was blown away with the build quality, the timeless design, and the sound quality of something that was built in 1988. That day I became a B&O enthusiast. Slowly I started to put together my own B&O system. I repaired my first unit that needed some help and realized that these products were built to be serviceable so they could last a very long time. Since then, I've repaired and restored countless BeoSound and BeoLab models. It brings me joy to repair and restore these products to allow their owners to keep enjoying them the way they did during their lifetime's special moments. Many owners have some many stories and special memories which include these beautiful products. It's an honor to bring them back to life.
B&O products are special; they hold their value really well and they need an occasional touch and tune-up just like anything else. Everything that I repair and sell online isn't just another resale for me. I take my time to inspect each product, repair electrical components, replace someparts that are failing overtime such as rubber belts and inner acoustic foam in the speakers. The biggest issue with some older BeoLab speakers is the inner acoustic foam. It dry-rots, turns into a sticky mess, sticks to the electrical components corrodes the components on the amplifier and power boards causing speaks to fail. Every pair that I sell is checked for this problem and when you buy from me, you buy speakers which will serve you for many years. I strongly recommend get your BeoLab 8000s, 6000s, 4000s serviced and check for the inner dry-rotten foam before it will cause a bigger damage.
